Thank you for shopping with us! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time:

You will receive an email with the relevant tracking details as soon as the products are dispatched for delivery.

• Delivery typically takes 1-4 working days from the day of dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays, depending on the chosen payment method.
• We provide same-day delivery within Colombo and its suburbs.
• We offer same-day delivery service to certain areas within Colombo and its suburbs. To receive your order on the same day you place it, please order before 3pm.

Delivery Charges:

Standard Delivery Charge LKR 375.00

Shipping Notifications:

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirma8on email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Damages:

We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit 8me. If a product is defective or damaged, it must be reported on the same day of delivery along with pictures. If the product is deemed faulty, MARKSS Skin Care will replace it at no additional charge to the
